Silence is it a good or bad thing……

I haven’t heard anything at all from the HR Manager and nothing back from my old manger since he emailed me yesterday….

It could me two things in my mind – the HR Manager is waiting to collate all the applications before contacting anyone????? or they don’t want me for the job and some companies don’t inform people if the are unsuccessful??????

I am hoping the Silence is the calm before the Storm of heading back to work for a big agency… and I like storms.

If nothing come from this process at least I can take away, that I know I want to work there again, I have ben tying to figure out what I want for a long time now.
